WCC - Recycling of Carpet Waste from Warwickshire Household Waste Recycling Centres 2017

A contractor is required to provide a suitable delivery point for receipt of carpet waste (mixed natural and synthetic carpet and underlay) and ensure at least 50% of the carpet waste is reprocessed so that it is recycled. Details of expected tonnages provided in the ITT.

Registration onto the portal is free and all relevant documentation will be available to bidders. Should bidders have queries regarding the procurement exercise, they are required to contact the Authority using the Correspondence function on the tendering portal.

Any queries or requests for clarification MUST be made in writing via the correspondence function on the E Tendering portal. The Council does not accept, and will not respond to any verbal requests for clarification. Requests for clarification will be accepted until Wednesday 16th November 2016, 12 noon

Applicants are required to answer all of the questions and return their completed response (including any associated documentation) by: Monday 28th November, 12 noon
