Lot1Boating Lake -The City Council through an external operator currently provides a ?boats for hire? attraction at the boating lake at Heaton Park and is seeking to continue and/or extend this facility in the future.

Lot 2 Transport - The City Council requires the provision of transport as an attraction in the Park, as a novelty means of transport and for members of the public to access the wider areas of the park. It is of particular importance that this facility be available and accessible to all sectors of the public, including families with young children, the elderly and people with disabilities.
