description
This contract relates to the delivery of a health-related behaviour survey with the purpose of ascertaining an understanding of the health-related behaviour in year 6 and year 10 children in primary and secondary schools in Nottinghamshire.
This requirement has come from the over-arching need to understand and help determine the health and wellbeing needs of Nottinghamshire children and young people. The survey results and analysis will help shape the Public Health services such as Integrated Wellbeing Service IWS (Your Health Your Way), Sexual health and Healthy Families (0-19 services) etc and provide participating schools with data that identifies the health-related behaviour of pupils in year 6 and year 10 which will assist in identifying their health and wellbeing needs so that support can be put in place.
The Provider is required to use an evidence-based approach to develop a health-related behaviour questionnaire/survey with validated questions.
