In the event that, following the ITT evaluation the same potential service provider is the highest scoring potential service provider for all three Lots, the Authority shall decide, which two Lots shall be awarded to the preferred potential service provider and which Lot shall be awarded to the next highest scoring potential service provider in that Lot.
