Demolition of existing garages and subsequent design and build of up to 15 new dwellings across 5 sites. The sites are located at Redgrove Road, Coniston Road, Haweswater Road, Hesters Way Road and Parkbury Close/Rowanfield Road. All sites are owned by Cheltenham Borough Council.
