Supplying of spares for Swimming Pool at the British High Commission in New Delhi

The UK's Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) via the British High Commission (BHC) in New Delhi and British Deputy High Commissions (BDHCs) across India represents the British Government in India. The BHC is responsible to the British Government for all aspects of the relationship between India and the United Kingdom, including the management of political relations; trade policy; visa and entry clearance services for those wanting to travel to the UK; and providing consular assistance and protection for British citizens.

FCDO intends to obtain services of an experienced supplier organisation with proven capability in handling routine lab testing (of water). The supplier will be required to handle routine Lab testing of water as per the testing parameters and frequency and will be expected to follow sampling procedures as provided in the Statement of Services Requirement document. The Supplier shall arrange to collect samples from assigned properties according to an approved schedule.

The agreement will commence from 01st Of Nov 2023 and will be valid for a period of 3 Years with a possible extension of 1 Years, subject to satisfactory formal review of performance.
