Following an OJEU compliant procurement process, Charnwood Borough Council will access framework contract(s) for the repair and maintenance of public buildings Let by North West Leicestershire District Council .

The framework contract is split into five lots, with each lot awarded to three suppliers in ranked order:

  1. Building

1st T Denman and Sons 2nd JR Allen and Sons 3rd Woodland Property Services

  1. Electrical

1st Merisons 2nd Woodland Property Services 3rd Eaton Electrical

  1. Mechanical / plumbing

1st Merisons 2nd Premiere Property Services 3rd T Denman and Sons

(4)Decorating

1st Bell Group 2nd Premiere Property Services 3rd T Denman and Sons

(5)Roofing

1st T Denman and Sons 2nd Thomas Cassie and Sons 3rd Merisons

The initial framework period will commence on 13th June 2017 and end on 30th April 2019. There is an option to extend the contract for a further two years, in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business need, and at the sole discretion of the Council.
