220421 - Chelmsford AOC - Refurbishment of the Control Room and Ancillary Areas (Stage One - Expression of Interest)

Refurbishment of the Control Room and Ancillary Areas at Chelmsford Ambulance Operations Centre (AOC).

Nature of Works:

Internal refurbishment -Internal decorations -Flooring -Electrical Works

The works are phased and involve working in a sensitive environment. A lot of the work will need to be carried out outside of normal working hours.

The supplier will need to allow for the following

-Working in a sensitive working environment

-High standard of finish

-Project co-ordination and monitoring, close liaison with the control room team

The contract duration is anticipated to be approx. 4weeks to commence June/July 2022
