SBC CP RFQ External Repair and Improvement Works to Plymouth Road Industrial Units

Under the lease agreement Slough Borough Council is contracted to provide midlife maintenance and 'upkeep' works and following consultation with the leaseholders and from our own commissioned surveys the buildings require repairs and minor works that are identified in the scope of works.

The scope of the works and service within the scheme include, but are not limited to, the following:-

• oEncapsulating the painted fascia's (removing any loose paint) with plastic colour coded fascia's
• oRe-tarmac the parking bays (but leaving concrete areas)
• oRepair / Re-pave walkways
• oCommissioning a detailed drains survey
• oPruning of shrubs
