SADC 2016 Brief for Employment of a Sole Estate Agent for the Disposal of Units on the Council’s Museum Site at 9a Hatfield Road, St Albans

The Council requires to appoint a firm experienced in the marketing and disposal of high quality and unusual residential properties in and around the centre of St Albans to provide the services of a sole Estate Agent.

The appointee will work closely with the Community Services team of the Council to obtain the best possible price from the disposal of the completed residential units.
