Fit out of the former Royal Mail Building (EMDEC) to provide temporary accommodation for University of Plymouth.
The scope of works in summary consists of the following: -
| • | Reworking of internal spaces |
| • | Rebalance of the mechanical heating, cooling and ventilation systems |
| • | Upgrade of electrical works including small power and lighting |
| • | Refurbishment and provision of new lifts |
| • | Fitout of teaching, office, catering and welfare spaces |
| • | Redecoration of existing internal spaces - to include new floor, wall and ceiling finishes |
