Car Share App and associated Management Information for NHS EKHUFT and 2gether Employees

2gether Support Solutions Ltd is looking to receive Expressions of interest for the procurement of an app for the sole purpose of a car sharing platform. 2gether is looking to implement a 5 year contract with the successful supplier.

The successful supplier will be expected to deploy and implement an app suitable for employees in the health care sector with the objective of enabling employees to car share and contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions. There is also an expectation that the supplier will manage the implementation and ensure successful roll out of the app and provide marketing expertise.

Suppliers MUST be able to fulfil the following criteria

-An online community platform where staff can find other car-sharers

-Ability to make connections and organise journeys via an app

-In-app messaging

-A purpose built bespoke site for EKHUFT/2gether

-The ability to verify shared journeys in real-time

-Dashboard reporting tool

-Ability to measure and report on CO2 emissions

-Launch campaign and/or regular marketing literature
