description

A Team Doncaster Strategic Partnership priority is the development of a whole system operating model to support and rehabilitate rough sleepers with complex needs. This requires an integrated response across all public services. The reason for the waiver is to recruit a trauma informed worker that will;

Work two days each week within DMBC 'Complex Lives' Alliance to support that client group to recognise the impact of trauma and facilitate introduction to trauma services
Support clients who do not fit into the current service models to access other services through multi-agency working
Develop and maintain clear referral pathways in and out of trauma services to partner agencies
Risk assess clients and support clients to keep themselves safe and be ready to access services
