Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the construction of 8 assisted living homes and associated works in Ventnor Close and 3 assisted living homes and associated works in Ashley Close, Swindon
The procurement is split into two Lots - Lot 1: 3no. 3 bedroom assisted living homes within Ashley Close and Lot 2: 8no. 2 bedroom assisted living homes and additional parking spaces within Ventnor Close.
Each Lot will be awarded as a JCT Design and Build contract. Bidders may bid for one or both Lots and will be evaluated and awarded separately and contracts awarded to one or more than one supplier.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com
Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 1st December 2023, 1400 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.
