PH0347 Venue Hire SHAPE Programme Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council

Scope

The following specification is required on three fixed dates of;

• oTuesday 28th June 2022
• oWednesday 29th June 2022
• oThursday 30th June 2022

Provision of;

• oTwo large rooms with cabaret style seating. Tables and chairs for approximately 160 people across the two rooms and a projector and screen in both rooms.
• oIn addition to the above; two smaller rooms to hold approximately 10- 15 people on 29th June 2022 only.
• oFour flipchart stands and flipchart pads with pens, in total for each day
• oRefreshments and snacks to be provided in mid-morning. Refreshments to include hot and cold drinks. Snacks to include biscuits and fruit.
