NNC CCTV Supply, Installation and Commissioning for Queensway and Brickhill, Wellingborough as part of the Safer Streets Grant

The Council requires a CCTV system, supplied, installed, commissioned and maintained in its Brickhill and Queensway ward.

All the equipment supplied, installed and commissioned and the associated works to provide the CCTV system under the contract will be in full accordance with this specification, including any addendums issued by the Council.

The three-year maintenance programme following installation will be in full accordance with this specification, including any addendums issued by the Council.

The CCTV system will be connected to Wellingborough Police Station for the purposes of recording and will be part of the Wellingborough network so that surveillance of the area covered by the CCTV system provides 24 hour/7 days per week facility for monitoring and detecting for the purposes of reducing crime and disorder.

The contract will provide for full maintenance and warranties as specified.

The Contractor is responsible for ensuring he covers all aspects of the specification in his method statements. Omissions by the Contractor that results in him failing to address any aspect and requirement of the specification could result in lower scores being given to his answers.
