Bolsover District Council (BDC) are looking to appoint the services of a suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider for Void Property Security.
The Contractor(s) will be responsible for the provision of security to void properties by means of installation, maintenance and monitoring of the following services:
- oOpenable door screens
- oFixed security window screens
- oScreens for properties scheduled for decommissioning
- oOut of hours call out void properties
