The University of Manchester wishes to implement a full IT Testing Service, and invites bidders to propose the most effective approaches to both the Definition of the Service and its subsequent operation.
The service will be procured through Open Tender, and subject to satisfactory conclusion of the process, the intent is to contract for the operational service for a period of 4 years.
There will be a formal review at the end of the definition phase. Subject to acceptance of the definition phase deliverables and University approval, the project will progress to implementation and on-going service.
