Heath Education England (HEE) believe that the Medical Schools Council (MSC) is the only supplier who can provide access to a Virtual Primary Care (VPC) platform, which provides access to 150 complete and authentic general practice consultations, forming a comprehensive educational resource for primary care teaching. Filmed by Knickerbockerglory, the producers of the Channel 5 documentary GPs: Behind Closed Doors, the consultations have been specifically selected, produced, and edited for training purposes. Every consultation has been tagged for clinical and educational content and is supported by learning points, discussion points and links to further reading and theory. The Medical Schools Council are willing to accommodate the platform for use in postgraduate GP Specialty Training.
