description

North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) on behalf of the Greater Lincolnshire Local Economic Partnership (LEP) are delivering the Smart Energy, Greater Lincolnshire (SEGL) project.

The SEGL programme aims to develop and deliver highly innovative energy efficiency, smart energy management, and renewable energy projects for public buildings. ENGIE on behalf of their Partner, NELC, are undertaking this Prelimary Market Consultation (PMC) on future tender opportunities for Energy Conservation Measures.

The PMC is intended to allow interested organisations to outline their views and provide information to NELC without commitment either way. It is not part of a formal procurement process. This is early supplier engagement not a tender. The PMC will consist of interested parties completing a questionnaire. NELC may consider the responses to inform its options appraisal and any subsequent tendering activity.
