Festive Decorations 2020

Dacorum Borough Council (the Council) is tendering in relation to its Christmas Decorations for Hemel Hempstead Town Centre, Hemel Hempstead Old Town and Tring.

This is a fixed budget tender. The total budget available for the specification is ?28,960. Tenderers provide the best possible solution for this price.

Period of contract: The initial contract term is 2 years at which point it will be reviewed, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

Minimum Criteria/Technical Ability:

• oPLG-06 states that the contractor must be HERS registered.
• oEnsure that any contractor or sub-contractor is suitably competent and qualified to perform the tasks being undertaken.
