Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (the "Council") is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide cleaning services at the following sites:
| • | Downshire Civic Centre, Ardglass Road, Downpatrick, BT30 6GQ and; |
| • | Council Depot, 24 Strangford Road, Downpatrick, BT30 6SR. |
Cleaning contractors will also be required to provide ad hoc cleaning services to cover for cleaning staff absences at the following sites:
| • | Council Depot, Greenbank Industrial Estate, Newry, BT34 2QU and; |
| • | Council Offices, Monaghan Row, Newry, BT35 8DL. |
