GB-Telford: Integrated Appraisal for the review of the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan

The Integrated Appraisal is a systematic process that must be carried out during the preparation of local plans and spatial development strategies. Its role is to promote sustainable development by assessing the extent to which the emerging plan, when judged against reasonable alternatives, will help to achieve relevant environmental, economic and social objectives.. The IA is a key requirement of the evidence base for the review of the Telford & Wrekin Local Plan (TWLP). The IA includes both the Sustainability Appraisal requirements as well as the Habitat Regulations Assessment of the Local Plan.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
