Demolition of Business Units at 1-5 Bell Street, Wolverhampton.

The demolition and removal of demolished materials off site of existing two storey buildings, including removal of foundations, vegetation and services as well as potential asbestos removal. Location: 1-5 Bell Street, Wolverhampton WV1 3PR.

THE WORKS

1. The removal of asbestos from all buildings within the site;
2. The subsequent demolition of the existing buildings and all associated outbuildings, structures and features including basements, tunnels, foundations, bases sumps and floor slabs;
3. Reinstatement works. All excavations to be backfilled and fully consolidated with finely crushed hardcore or stone to the approval of the Contract Administrator to a level of 250 mm below adjoining land. On completion, the site shall be left clear, level and capped with 100mm of finely crushed hardcore and tarmacadam surfacing as specified.
