Market Testing - ASC Supported Accommodation

Brighton and Hove City Council (the Council), is conducting a review of its Supported Accommodation pathway for single homeless people. As part of this review, the Council is looking to gain an understanding of the available accommodation units in and around the city.

Full information on the requirement is available via the Council's e-sourcing system, which can be found at the link below. Providers must express an interest to view the full documentation.

Interested providers who can offer suitable accommodation which meets the requirements listed in the documents, and which is not currently utilised by an existing Council supported accommodation service, should complete the response form and return it via the Council’s EU Supply e-sourcing system by 12:00 (midday) on Tuesday 28th April 2015.

Please note that this is not a tender process. The Council is currently investigating the level of interest, availability and indicative costings for this requirement.

In the event that no additional accommodation is uncovered via this exercise, the Council intends to negotiate directly with its existing supported accommodation providers to seek to award contracts for 2016/17 and beyond.

Where those negotiations do not result in the award of contracts we will consider further advertisement of this opportunity.
