Works contract for 7 New Build Housing Scheme in the London Borough of Hillingdon. This opportunity is to seek one or a number of Contractors who can provide the following requirements:

● 5 Hornbeam Road - Demolition and New Build 3 x 4 bedroom houses

● 89 Cherry Lane - New Build 4 Bedroom detached house

● Fir Tree Avenue - New Build 3 x 3 bedroom houses

The indicative Contract Period for construction will be:

• 5 Hornbeam Road = 38 Weeks

• 89 Cherry Lane = 35 Weeks

• Fir Tree Avenue = 42 Weeks

The bids shall be structured into Lots for individual and collective pricing and the successful organisation(s) will be determined as the Most Economically Advantageous Tender, in terms of the criteria of Price (80%) and Technical / Quality (20%).
