INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF A SOCIAL CARE REVIEWING SERVICE

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide a Social Care Scheduled Review service for adults within the Borough of Sandwell.

It is anticipated there will be circa 450 reviews to be undertaken.

It is proposed that the service will commence delivery on 1 March 2016

Expressions of interest will be evaluated on a 60/40 cost/quality basis, based on the following information, which must be included in the Expression of Interest:

A pre-commencement meeting with the successful provider will provide the foundation for this work.

The closing date for submissions is not later than 3.00pm on Wednesday 24th February 2016
