For this tender we wish to appoint a Consultant or consortium of consultants to undertake the following areas of work: - Street and Townscape Character Appraisal - Conceptual Designs - Detailed Designs of selected proposals - Consultation and Community Engagement
Additional information: Sutton Council is looking to appoint suitable consultants (or a consortium of consultants) to undertake a Character Appraisal Study and design interventions that will improve Beddington Village and the surrounding residential areas.
The project is part of a much larger Beddington Programme which includes six other projects that will deliver an Employment Hub, signage, engineering and place shaping solutions along Beddington Lane, and make Beddington Village a 20mph zone. Because the Beddington Programme has different streams of funding with varying time scales, it is being delivered in phases, the first of which is this project.
