Tender for the Refurbishment of Britannia Park Sons of Rest, Rowley Regis - AWARD

Overview

The work comprises the internal and external refurbishment of an existing Community Centre, namely:

• oreplacement windows
• oreplacement flat roof
• oreplacement fascias, soffits and rainwater goods
• ointernal demolitions
• onew partitions and doors
• onew kitchen
• onew fittings
• onew floor, wall and ceiling finishes
• oreplacement and new boundary fencing and gates
• onew pathway and minor hard landscaping
• onew mechanical and electrical service installations including contractor designed lightning protection system, distribution boards/switch gear, final LV supply cable size, fire alarm, CCTV, disabled WC alarm, site services co-ordination, intruder alarm and data system
