The contract includes for the repair of TV aerials and door entry systems on Soha Housing properties.

Soha manages approximately 7,250 homes. These homes are primarily South Oxfordshire, including the towns of Didcot, Wallingford, Thame and Henley-on-Thames together with surrounding villages and hamlets. A small number of units are also located in Berkshire, Wiltshire, Buckinghamshire and the rest of South Oxfordshire.

The Contract will initially be for a 3 year period commencing 1 April 2022 however there will be an option to extend for up to an additional 2 years subject to satisfactory performance. Whilst we cannot guarantee the number of orders that will be issued to the successful Contractor during the Contract period during the past 12 months we have issued approximately 330 door entry and TV aerial repair orders.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
