description
Tenders are invited for an evaluation of the Black Country Growth Hub as specified in this document on behalf of Wolverhampton City Council and the wider Growth Hub partnership. The Black Country Growth Hub programme is part of the Black Country City Deal Programme and funded through the Regional Growth Fund (RGF) via Lancaster University. It is trialling a new approach to business support through offering a gateway to business support across the Black Country and intensive packages of support aimed at High Value Manufacturing (HVM) businesses. It is proposed that the evaluation be carried out by an organisation external to the Growth Hub Partnership. The successful contractor will work with partners, delivery organisations and a representative sample of the businesses who have engaged with the project. The evaluation will inform the future development of the Growth Hub and future funding bids
