De Montfort University are looking to undertake the refurbishment of Heritage House 3rd floor Refurbishment & the Conversion of existing classroom 1.09 (Portland Building) into Cubicles.
The works consist of the refurbishment of The Heritage House 3rd floor into teaching spaces & Portland classroom conversion 1.09 into cubicles. The M&E elements are described in the M&E tender pack.
- Using the JCT 2016 Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design
- Heritage House:
Contractual Start Date - Works commencement date: 12th November 2018.
Completion Date -14th December 2018.
- Portland Building:
Contractual Start Date - Works commencement date: 17th December 2018.
Completion Date -25th January 2019.
