Environment Agency - Maintenance of the Air Conditioning System at the Thames Barrier & Associated Sites

To undertake maintenance of the Air Conditioning System on a quarterly basis and also annual major service visits on 86 units. To carry out moisture & acid tests on each plant to determine the condition of oil & refrigerant, full chemically clean of each condenser coil, full winding insulation tests of each fan motor & compressor with the results recorded, check & log start up & run current gas pressure cut out & settings and computerized fault diagnostic test via laptop connected to the Mitsubishi system in the Control Tower Offices.

Additional information: Suppliers interested in tendering for this Work are to register their interest via the portal on Pro-contract at www.sell2ea.com by Friday 19th February 2016. The supplier must be Air Conditioning and M&E Contractor. You must possess appropriate competency certification including F Gas Certification. The successful supplier will require to undertake and pass the Counter Terrorism Check. Ability to respond to incidence within 24 hours. We anticipate the tender documents will be issued in week commencing 22nd February 2016 with tender return date 4 weeks from date of issue. Please note there would be site visit planned for week commencing 29th February (date and time to be confirmed). The contract will run on a 2yr + 1+ 1 basis (subject to satisfactory performance).
