Scope - De Montfort University seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out works at the Gateway House building, Leicester.
The works will include forming of new offices 1.76 Waiting Room and changing layout in Meeting Area 1.73 from two offices to four at Gateway House De Montfort University, Leicester LE2 7BY.
