UDOL has a five year business growth strategy to achieve a student community of over 9,000 students, and therefore invites suppliers to submit proposals to provide a service for the outsourcing of UDOL’s Enquiry Management. There are circa 5000 identified enquiries which will be part of the case management portfolio.
The contract term is for an initial 3 months, commencing the 1st March 2016, with an end date of the 31st May 2016 subject to satisfactory performance in the contract delivery of services and market conditions.
