The Royal Parks are seeking an experienced Sub-contractor to carry out external refurbishment works to two brick single storey maintenance buildings in Regents Park, London. The works include replacing flat roof coverings and pitched roofs including decking, fascia boards and rain water goods, overhauling garage type up and over metal framed timber doors, replacing timber window and doors in UPVc, brickwork repairs and redecoration of previously painted surfaces.
