Worcester City Council is using the Homes England Multidisciplinary Framework to appoint a multidisciplinary firm of property consultants to advise on the development options for the Swan Theatre, Pitchcroft, Worcester together with the Council's adjoining interests, where relevant. In this respect, the following Workstreams / disciplines have been identified:
| • | Flood risk assessment and mitigation to include consultation with the Environment Agency and Council; |
| • | Occupier engagement; |
| • | Planning Assessment; |
| • | Market Assessment focused on likely uses; |
| • | Preliminary design layouts/masterplanning; |
| • | Demolition/site clearance assessment; and |
| • | Appraisal/valuation. |
A staged approach is adopted for the different workstreams identified above in order to manage the budget and avoid potential abortive costs. The initial work will focus on the Flood Risk elements of the project, given its significance on the potential development options for the site.
