NEL Commissioning Support Unit is inviting the potential bidders to submit competitive quotation for the E-Tendering Requirements outlined in this requirement document. The electronic procurement solution will facilitate the complete procurement process from advertising the requirement, developing and releasing tender documents to bidders, tender evaluations through to awarding of the contract.
The requirement response document must be completed in line with the information provided in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Document for E-Tendering System and the information given in this document.
