The Services being procured are Architectural (Lead Designer), including Landscape Architectural, Fire Engineering and Acoustic Engineering services for the development of a new Destination Water and Leisure Facility in Coventry, circa £26m, to include demolition of existing buildings. The new facility will be located within Coventry City Centre on a tightly constrained site that is located in close proximity to a Grade 2 * listed building (Christchurch Spire) and the High Street Conservation area.

To provide an exciting, iconic, high quality destination water and leisure facility that is accessible to everyone, draws people to Coventry and acts as a catalyst for the regeneration of the city centre, increases footfall and contributes to the Council’s healthy living objectives.
