Wirral Council are looking to appoint a Consultant to develop Stage 2 of a 'Strategic Transport Framework' for Wirral. This work will include a critical review and refresh of the current Transport Investment Pipeline including a high level options appraisal of the infrastructure required to support the Council's regeneration proposals. The Consultant is also required to identify alternative and additional options/schemes which the Council may wish to consider that would support growth and development opportunities within the Borough. The Consultant is required to develop and apply a prioritisation methodology with clearly identified timescales and costs, aligned with spatial regeneration proposals.
