SMP Alliance - Steel Vehicle Restraint Systems 001

On behalf of SMP Alliance working with Highways England (Costain Ltd, Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd, BMJV, Flour Ltd, Jacobs, WSP Ltd) we require Steel Vehicle Restaint Barrier (VRS) providers to be appointed into our Smart Motorways Alliance.

The providers will be required to work nationally on a works allocation model supporting the Alliance partners.

• Please confirm that you hold Constructionline Gold account or Common Assessment Standard, of "Verified" status. Please provide a valid account number and copy of latest audit or certificate.

• Please confirm that you will be willing to achieve Construction Line Platinum status by end of year one within the Alliance if not already in place

• Provide evidence of sector scheme approval compliance: NHSS 2B/5B

• Please provide financial trading account history for the last three years to include Turnover and profit / loss for each trading year.

• Please provide policies for the following:

• Corporate Social Responsibility
• EDI
• Data protection policy
• Drugs and alcohol policy
• Employee wellbring and mental health

There will be a two week period for registering your interest.

Tenders will then be issued with a three week return period.

Scoring of the tender will be carried out within 2 weeks of return date
