Chelmsford City Council (CCC) invites tenders from consultants who must have extensive practical experience in undertaking Sustainability Appraisal, Strategic Environmental Assessment and Habitats Regulations Assessment (SA/SEA/HRA) on Planning Authority development planning documents. This includes a strong and evidenced track record of preparing SA/SEA/HRAs reports on for example Local Plans, Core Strategies and Development Control Policies prepared since the introduction of the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF).
