Consession - Sale Of Christmas Trees At Southwick Hill Car Park 2020

Portsmouth City Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for this project.

Portsmouth City Council ('the Council') is inviting bids for the sale of Christmas Trees at Southwick Hill car park from suitably experienced operators.

The concession must be removed at the end of each trading day. External furniture is permitted on site for the purposes of running the concession but must be agreed in advance with the Council.

The site is offered with 1 year licence and associated concession contract with the provision to extend by a further 2 years to a maximum of 3 years, in increments to be agreed subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.

The 1 year licence will allow the sale of Christmas trees from end of November 2020 until Christmas that same year.

The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is 23rd October at 14:00.
