Such a review will look at the Board's role in terms of leadership, effectiveness, accountability; its behaviours including adherence to the Nolan Principles and Civil Service code; its advice, strategic clarity, commercial sense and results focus; the effectiveness of its committees; and the quality of key working relationships.
