Tender for Demolition Preparation Works, Shaftesbury House

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to undertake pre-demolition preparation works from Shaftesbury House, 402 High Street, West Bromwich, West Midlands B70 9LB.

The project is being undertaken on behalf SMBC, and consists of the preparation of the building prior to demolition requiring the removal of pigeons, guano, asbestos, re-securing of all windows to ensure no pigeons enter the building.

The site comprises a 7 storey former office accommodation building set back from the high street with a self-contained car parking area.

The overall floor area is circa 3500m2.
