Additional information: RoSPA have an established history of collecting and analysing NHS injury data, and good stakeholder influence in persuading hospitals to participate. There are no other organisations outside the NHS itself that would be able to influence and persuade NHS bodies to take part to the extent that RoSPA can. Regulation 32, 2 b(ii).
