Tavistock Town Council is inviting tenders from RIBA Chartered Practices with the relevant skills and capability in heritage and conservation projects. Tenderers are invited to submit:
- A lump sum tender for developing detailed design proposals, up to the requirements of RIBA Stage 3 as defined within the Design Team Service Brief (including structural engineering and building engineering services).
- A lump sum tender estimate to deliver RIBA Stage 4 to 6, as defined within the Design Team Service Brief (including structural engineering and building engineering services).
- An hourly rate cost for the provision of advice and support to Tavistock Town Council as commissioned by the Client for works which sit outside the Design Team Service Brief.
