Tenancy Support Training to Young People - Invitation to Quote

Norfolk County Council wishes to award a contract to a provider to deliver tenancy support training to young people.

Norfolk County Council would like the course to give YP the knowledge and understanding to find and keep a rented home. It should cover practical learning around living on a limited budget, looking after their home and managing relationships with the landlord, housemates and neighbours.

The training may take the form of webinars, one to one sessions or group sessions delivered through Zoom or a social networking platform.

Our aim is to have 70 young people trained per year. The expectation is that:

50% will receive virtual training - example via Teams, Zoom etc.

40% will receive face to face training - in person in a group

10% will receive 1 to 1 training - in person delivered to an individual

The Provider will need to be flexible in how the training is delivered and will be expected to work with the commissioner to deliver the training in the most effective manner in light of Covid 19.
