Corserv on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd wish to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified contractor to carry out roofing works at Pool Hall Liskeard under a JCT minor works contract.
The works will include the replacement of roof coverings and facia/soffits including guttering/rainwater goods, chimney removals, fire place block ups, electric fire installations, CO detector installations.
