The overall objective of the research is to understand the characteristics and attitudes of the parents who will be eligible for Tax-Free Childcare (TFC). A key aim is to understand eligible parents' and households' ability and confidence to make TFC transactions online and understand what kinds of support they will need during transition to TFC.
